Privacy policy
Effective September 24, 2026
Learn Vietnamese is designed to work without an account. Lessons, audio, game scores, and app preferences are stored on your device. The app does not send these items to the developer.
Information the app uses
The app stores local preferences such as appearance and sound settings, and best scores for games. This data stays in the app’s local storage. The app does not include advertising, analytics, location tracking, or account registration.
Purchases
If you buy or restore Premium, Apple processes the transaction through the App Store. The app checks purchase entitlement using Apple’s StoreKit services. Payment details are handled by Apple; the developer does not receive your payment card information. Apple’s processing is subject to Apple’s privacy policy.
Data retention and your choices
Local preferences and scores remain on your device until you clear them or remove the app; device backups may include app data according to your backup settings. You can manage App Store purchases through your Apple account.
Children and changes
The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children or other users. If app behavior changes in a future release, this policy will be updated. The date above identifies the latest revision.

Using the app
You may use the app for personal, non-commercial learning. Please do not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, or copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit its content without permission.
Learning content
Lessons and translations are provided for general educational use. We work to keep them useful, but cannot guarantee that every pronunciation, translation, or example is complete, error-free, or suitable for every situation. The app is a learning aid, not a substitute for a qualified interpreter.
Premium purchases
Some vocabulary and phrase categories require Premium. Purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to the App Store terms, payment, cancellation, and refund processes. The price and any applicable purchase conditions are shown by Apple before you confirm. Use Restore Purchases in the app to recover eligible purchases.
Availability and updates
We may update, change, or discontinue app features to maintain or improve the app. The app and its content are provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not liable for indirect or consequential loss resulting from use of the app. These terms do not exclude liability where the law does not allow it to be excluded.
